With over three decades of dedicated service as a registered nurse, Stephanie’s journey at Wilmington Plastic Surgery began in 1994. Drawing from her extensive experience in the operating room, she joined the WPS team as a skilled First Assistant, lending her expertise to enhance patient care.
Stephanie’s remarkable professional background extends beyond the OR, encompassing numerous years in the demanding Emergency room and her invaluable role as a Flight Nurse for the US Air Force Reserves Nurse Corp, where she honorably retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after more than 23 years of devoted service.
Stephanie firmly believes in the importance of certification in one’s specialty, as it reflects a steadfast commitment to patients’ well-being by providing the most current and individualized treatment plans. Her unique blend of experience and specialized training allows her to deliver exceptional care, catering to each patient’s distinct needs.

Complementing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Stephanie has pursued specialized training in the burgeoning field of Medical Aesthetic Nursing. This comprehensive training covers a spectrum of advanced skin care techniques, cutting-edge laser therapies, spider vein injections, and the art of injectables, which includes administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers like Botox, Juvéderm, Restylane, and Radiesse.
